Delivery

How delivery works

Packwren works with a fulfilment partner that packs your order and sends it directly to you by tracked post from its warehouse in China. That is why delivery takes longer than a parcel sent from within your country, and the packaging may not carry our name.

The price you see on the product page and at checkout is the total you pay, including delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee before handing over your parcel, please don't pay it: contact us and we will sort it out.

United Kingdom

We deliver to Great Britain only (not Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man).

Free tracked delivery. Estimated arrival 5–11 business days after you order: we usually hand your order to the carrier within 1–3 business days, then it takes 4–8 business days in transit. This range is based on our supplier's published transit times and has not yet been confirmed by our own test shipments.

There are no import taxes or customs charges for you to pay on delivery.

Each order can contain up to £135.00 of goods (before delivery).

Every order is tracked; we email the tracking link when it ships.

If your order is late or lost

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If it has not arrived within 30 days of your order, you can choose a full refund or a replacement.

If tracking has not moved for 10 days, or it shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the order if it cannot be found.
